Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

I. Wrong Product/Shipping Damages:

Despite our meticulous packaging efforts, there may be instances where products arrive damaged. In such cases, please adhere to the following procedures. Any shipping-related damage should be reported to us within 24 hours of product receipt.

When Can You Return/Replace a Product at No Cost?

1. Wrong Product Delivered
2. Shipping Damage - including physical damage or tampering of the product
3. Incomplete Orders with missing products

II. How to Initiate a Return/Replacement:

Step 1: Please raise a return/replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery if you have received the wrong product. Ensure to provide photographs and videos of the damaged or incorrect product and send them to support@shopndia.com

Step 2: Our dedicated support team will respond to your request within 48 working hours with guidance on the next steps.

Step 3: Upon verification, we will facilitate the pickup of the damaged product.

Case 1: Request for Refund: After receiving the products at our warehouse, we will process a refund through Razorpay for Pre-Paid orders, which typically takes 5-7 business days.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit.

Case 2: Request for Replacement of Damaged Product: We will promptly arrange a replacement for the product, to be dispatched within 3 - 4 working days.

Please note that product replacement is contingent upon the availability of stock, whether it be for an accessory or the entire product.

III. Invalid Reasons for Return:

Buyer no longer desires the items - This is a common example that, regrettably, we cannot accommodate if we are to continue delivering exceptional value at Shopndia. Buyers are encouraged to confirm their intent to purchase items before placing an order, not afterward. Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding agreement with the seller to acquire all items in that order.

Buyers should be certain that they are prepared to meet the listed prices before finalizing an order. After an order is placed, the buyer is legally bound to purchase all items in that order.

IV. Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly get in touch with us promptly. If the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to intercept the package.

V. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We are also unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have any inquiries or concerns about a particular item.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
